Looks very much to me, IMHO, that investors taking up convertible note offer are attempting to average down, ie fiddle around with SP and at the same time you probably have some existing holders freeing up some cash to get those same convertible notes.
Once again IMHO, if this is the case, once notes are voted on and issued, SP games won't cease for a while for the same "averaging down " theory. Why--- because they can!
