I think given the VA calls that were made recently removes a lot of credibility from any future comments about TMZ.

Reality is it wasn't a 4th cap raise. It substituted / replacement a previous funding facility announcement.

What does it this all mean.

There was nowhere near the dilution some thought there was going to be and the quarterly will hopefully clarify the current status of the 5m equity funding facility and clarity over the 2.6m placement with Patras Capital.
