Reality is it wasn't a 4th cap raise. It substituted / replacement a previous funding facility announcement.

What does it this all mean.

There was nowhere near the dilution some thought there was going to be and the quarterly will hopefully clarify the current status of the 5m equity funding facility and clarity over the 2.6m placement with Patras Capital.

I’m not clear on why they nullified that other funding arrangement in favour of this one? Was the previous one such a bad deal?
