Based on their history you would have to say the latter.
If so, I hope it gives a clearer picture of the business status other than just waiting on auditors over inventory values, as blind Freddie can see there is more going on after the sale fell through.
Live in hope, but expecting the worst. That way anything above winding up the business would be a bonus.
