Why on earth do they need working capital when they're making so much in revenue? Why aren't they cutting expenses everywhere they can? They should be easily able to get $100k. This is all quite embarrassing and I'm so peeved having put in quite a bit after the announcement of the sale.

Does anyone with experience have an opinion o. This deal and how it rates with others? Let's hope the directors are willing to put reach in to their pockets to help save this company as ordinary shareholders are set to be screwed if this doesn't turn around quick.
