Difficult to disagree with what you've said Killa.
It seems that every time we gain focus, we are thwarted by an unexpected problem. I'm still reading the Half-annual but did note the new schedule for 5A. As for the next 2 wells under the GAP, it's not a great idea to snub a government agreement and I still believe they'll adhere to it.
