A significant premium to the current share price of 1.8c, and an interesting time to be converting given the recent newsflow and developments for both Kumu and the board
They aren't converting a measly amount either, with $4M of the $5M available converted at 5c
Confidence around certain circles which hopefully begins to be reflected in both the share price and revenue soon enough
