Matty would you mind explaining the con note a little further. What I dont get is the shell at the end isnt going to be worth as much as the con note holder is prepared to chip in? And any shares they convert are only becoming worth less and less and diluting themselves?
Ive got no doubt they win somehow I just cant see how?
