3 months ago APG announced that under the terms of their agreement with Bergen, they would be recieving another $500k in convertable debt funding today. I do not recall that the agreement could be changed.
Yet today, APG only recieved $100k of that debt funding - with the announcement that the remaining $400k will be forthcoming in 90 days.

You seem to have decided that it was APG who changed the agreement.

But, is it not possible that it was Bergen, (for reasons unknown) that changed the funding agreement??
And is it not possible, that in 90 days, Bergen (for reasons of their own) may decide not to be forthcoming with the remaining $400k.

Is any shareholder interested enough - to ring APG and find out.
