If they can get the upgrade happening over the next few weeks and show results then I'd like to think discussions have been advanced enough to have a partnership agreement before the 90 days. The punt right now is whether they will do this within a reasonable timeframe. Anything below 1c is a good entry point imo with obvious risks.
