You need to speak to Chris Tonkins and get the information straight from the horses mouth.... not secondhand on HC. That is why the offer was extended as Gina and Armour had not indicated if they would take up their entitlement. Vic. government announcement 16th or 17th, COAG meeting 19th, Convertible notes offer closes 26th......if you are a betting man draw your own conclusions.
