Doesn't look like an appointment that would be made by a company with a flailing project, not an assignment a mining professional like that is likely to take imho unless he felt pretty confident of being able to contribute towards establishing a pretty substantial operation. Would need to be looking beyond the 1 mmtpa starter operation too imho.

As for Kloppers however, not in the same league, although if it were him I think I'd be selling thank you.
