    2 November is the last day to issue these securities and for the company to declare the offer results. However, subscription will be declared tomorrow as an appendix 3 announcement of the amount of options to be issued to market - this is not a declaration of the uptake. Whether there is a shortfall or over subscription was over subscribed (I suspect it will be). Most likely you will see your oppies in your trading account (via HIN link) by end of next week.
