    I've sent three emails to the company and not one reply, including questions about their governance process. Change is substantial holders notices haven't been filled in the required timeframes for instance. Got no replies- The BOD is in for a shock if they don't get on top of the procedures and comms. They really need an experienced Company Secretary to get on top of the filings and advise them.
