As for your question regarding to no buying interest, not many funds will be looking into buying MC/liquidity like us atm. As far as their concerns, there are plenty 2x 3x ebita opportunity on the market so why take the risk. I recon once we have a positive Dec quarter things will change a bit. At least those market making bots will be punching in very different parameters then.
A share repo is want we need once profitable, bringing back the sp back to fair value and tax effective to shs.
