serious smart money would be too nervous of SD having too much control and they being silent partners.
they need to dig, make money, clear debt and pay dividends. this of course could be massively accelerated by gold going on a tear.
its cheap as chips.. but still a risk of further dilution to get to mining + we dont know if LM3 are fully off the books.
so its bottom drawer at least for most of this year til that pathway is made clearer
