Thought it would happen, but certainly not that quickly. I am assuming COE already had negotiations with TPA trying for a better price.
Sine COE wanted IPMs assets, not their management or strategy, the attraction long vanished with the poo.
Game over, there will be no more bids, nor a higher price. COE will rise now.
