Management mean to recover the bottom hole assembly by working their way back down, freeing the hole and then to continue drilling. Certainly no intention to bypass at this low level when the hole can be reclaimed.

This experience, though expensive and time consuming is essential knowledge being aquired for the benefit of future operations in this ground breaking technology.

The company has every confidence in completing this hole asap.

What has not been mentioned yet and is so very important here, from a circulation point of view, has been the discovery of this cavity area at the top of the granite formation. cheers to all the longs, I have little doubt you will be well rewarded.
