Inject water into injection well, switch on monitoring, ensure flow rates are fine, ensure production well pumps are working, switch on the machine that goes 'ping', start up turbines, check electrical generation is occurring, switch on power and slowly ramp up while ensuring there is sufficient load at Innaminka (i.e. ring the pub and ask them all to start drinking beer) and do all the above while making sure the whole thing doesn't explode and writing the operating manual called "Starting up your new Geothermal Power Station" at the same time.
