I have blown up the image of the Innaminka power line from the recent 'update' report.
Regarding the nature of the poles used I think I have it resolved mate. Sorry this has taken so long.
1. They are definitely not 'stobie' poles from SA.
2. Neither are they wooden poles from Vic.
3. Obviously not steel 'trellice type' poles.
4. I am virtualy certain though that these are -
REJECT SECTIONS OF DRILL PIPE FROM HABANERO 2!
I can almost make out the makers specifications
stamped on one.
This is probably the safest place for them.
