Oh! I thought the real truth to the story was that it was actually a GDY fund raiser. What we might really be looking at is a series of tall tourist vantage points cleverly disguised as power poles. For 20c they haul themselves up inside the hollow pole on a pulley so that the head sticks out to ogle at the geysers of steam. Just hope the wind blows in the right direction.
