Not so sure about that. Googled around to find the difference and it seems an MOU is quite different to an Agreement in a legal sense. Pretty sure the ASX would require things to be described appropriately for an Australian investor.... but anyway.
If they pull this off it's a great step forward. They're going to be very, very busy over the next few months. They have a lot to do. Great stuff.
