they haven't cut anything they simply added a stepping stool to get 10% higher to reach that 90% you speak of as being cut - it's simply a practical approach - if you can't reach your can of tomatoes on the top shelf you don't limit your recipes to the bottom cupboards - you still have all that storage and supplies - simply use a stool to reach it and that is what the AOYU co-operation agreement is about.
