Mou is Memorandum of Understanding, it is just a document or a mean for two parties to reach a decision. Its a first stage of formation of Final Formal contract/Agreement.

Agreement is any document which is enforceable by Law.

You can have substantial rights in Agreement and not in MoU.

I'm pretty sure you can't just willy nilly change the descriptor of such a document when making an ASX announcement. If you read the announcement, there are a number of things VRC have to do to satisfy the agreement, but it is an agreement, not an MOU.

I dunno, call me old fashioned, but I'd rather take the official announcement and what I understand of the law over someone called Hulahoop who says you can just 'rebrand' legal docs... just my opinion.

Spot on Ramlehe...funny how 'over there' in the neighbours patch, b4bmm and co are calling an 'Agreement' the greatest thing since sliced bread and lace up boots for MNS...this a great ann for VRC going forward and jumping the production race queue imo
