IMO you are right that this Ann contains a MOU. However I believe the MOU is a subset of the Cooperation Agreement and is only a part of it. Imo, a MOU could be a part of a Cooperation Agreement and yet a Cooperation Agreement could not be totally encompassed by a MOU. I haven't seen too many, I'm not sure any MOU's that involve 1000 tonne sampling. Maybe enough for lab testing.
How much is that much graphite worth today? Plus the costs of shipping, testing and processing?
