A few things stick out in this agreement.
1. It's great we're being paid for the equipment and building of the plant.
BUT
2. It will operating royalty free. (No reoccurring revenue).
3. Primobious will provide on site support without cost. (Ongoing costs for us).
Is there something I've missed?
Seems we should be rewarded a small royalty for the technology.
