Here is the reason. The announcement clearly says SCU to pay 400000 AUD.. from where will SCU gets this money.
They will need to issue shares at lower cost sooner or later to get this money. I already got out in morning but will be buying back once another announcement regarding how SCU plan to have this money is out.
