Haven't looked at the OECD method for this stuff but it would be better to measure against practical benchmarking than looking at relative rankings to other countries. In the grand scheme of things, what is the real world impact of not being ahead of Finland in education rankings?
@mrriesq there is a heap of cultural grievance in WHC threads - better to just ignore it and not add unnecessary noise in your day. I've honed the ability to skip posts that aren't relevant to WHC and its prospects - except for the odd kick to CBRMoron's broken brain (but even then it is WHC related).
