I would have thought that dubious option was considered in the strategic review. Hence it's come out as it has. However, that doesn't mean it will always be that way.
As I opined, if the Cu price was USD$3.30/lb at a guess it becomes an option (that I hope they take) because of the viability and animal spirits (i.e. greed) firing up.
