No. Area5 must be accessed ASAP, there is cream sitting in there and they need to spend the money now to get it. 1% Sn grades if no area5.
The real issue is Nifty - $12m pa in care and maintenance, a $10m study into the open pit option( drilling, engineering) then $40m odd in capex to develop it. The company needs to cut ties with the asset but unfortunately I feel like it’s a much less attractive proposition for anyone to take it now that the best part (exploration tenements) have been farmed out to IGO.
