Another scenario. Renison self funding to area 5 Tick. Covering interest. Tick. Boost in cash flow, Area 5, pay down loan, refinance on better terms, maybe small raising later. No big rush with Nifty. Better not be stuck with biggish capital commitments just now. main thing is we know it is a goer now, after up front expenditure. Glass half full.
