I think the difference between the first announcement and the second announcement was that the first it was a decision was about C&M. After this they have been running the accounts, and working through costs internally to know exactly what they are selling and the risk/reward cost/benefit of doing so. Now they are putting it on the market and exploring options with a third party arms lengths best practice etc. At least it would seem as much. Personally, I think they need a positive result of some kind imminently. A capital raise without a result will kill this stock and leave it open to all kinds of threats (IMHO).
