Its an interesting position.
Because if they don't reach a deal.
Negotiating partner can just buy more stock when they have to raise capital at a basement bottom price.
Would be good if there was some form of trading halt to prevent this potential outcome.
Heres to hoping that they have significantly reduced C&M costs and that there is an announcement to this extent.
