In my opinion, the company is opening up themselves to us being frustrated with them. Perhaps they shouldn't provide timelines/indications in the 1st place, or if they do, and they are missed, proactively communicate it at a appropriate time.

I work as a project manager on clinical trials, and if I see that I am going to miss a timeline promised to the client, I proactively let the client know... there would be 'hell to pay' if a timeline was missed and there was no follow up to the client, and if it gets bad enough, I would be removed as the project manager.

I wish Inca would view us, the shareholders, in the same light.

Even though everyone is happy with our pipeline of projects, we still haven't actually drilled/proven anything for year after year and keep getting told it is a 'long game'.

Hopefully the company will sense the frustration and get something out in the next few days.. as this would probably help with the conversions of options too?
