Kalenn is right. The vein swarm is a good indicator and that sand/regolith will make such deposits mostly blind.

Ideally with hard rock targets you would use a diamond drill, these are the most expensive but will drill through the hardest and densest of rocks and provide a core that gets a definite result with assay testing.

Gravity and magnetics coupled with some radio metrics if minerals outcrop will provide us with a geophysics footprint to follow up on. Not all deposits will exhibit the same result and overlaying the geochem over the geophysics will give the best vectors.
