March 2015 and November 2018 both saw 1.1c price hit. Unless I am missing something this may well be a major bottom here that is setting SCI up for a mega bull run. Massive pattern over 4 years double bottom at 1.1c and triple based at these low levels. Capital raising being organised now from external source most likely ready to move SCI in to pole position in 2019. This is known as a 'sleeper' in the business world.
