It seems it is hard to shift the needle on this stock. You think an announcement like this would be better received by market. Maybe we need to start seeing cold hard cash coming through the door before it re-rates
Not sure on the $5mil loan - thought project funding was locked in ? Maybe have had some cost overruns ? The terms of the deal are pretty reasonable though it seems.
At least the MD is having a crack at beating a drum or blowing a trumpet
