In relation to PRH getting their SLR shares, I would imagine PRH directors would be throttled if the failed to do that. I believe the indicative timing for the distribution was spelled out in the Explanatory Statement on which shareholders voted. This document makes it pretty clear that shareholders voted on having the SLR shares distributed to them. But until one has the shares in one name there is always a bit of nagging doubt, even if it is only a remote possibility of not happening.
