A good question, is why give a 1.6m "consideration". That is payment in laymans term. then get back up to 2.05m (but maybe only 1.18m at 19c)

thats why it is badly received - if market may think as i do, that he is not aware of reality of net effect, and trying to talk it as something grand.
IMO - as i understand the transaction net effects.
