While I like your optimism - I feel this is just another mechanism for the Chinese backers to take a larger stake of the company.
Given the goals kicked (or lack there of) by management I really don't feel there will be any rush by investors to take this offer up.
I'm just glad I only had a small holding here.
One day she might come good - but for me right now I think GCR offers me more as a tax write off than an investment opportunity.
