my concern, which has been growing over time, is the ever increasing ownership by hq. At what point will the company be owned by shareholders?

If the rights issue is undersubscribed, as I suspect it might, then another big slice goes china's way. Will be see 30% plus ownership????

lets say they pick up 300 million shares from this and an option. that will boost their holdings to over 30%.

Then they at a later date exercise their options (even if out of the money) to boost ownership to say 40-50% ..........

Its getting murky imo as to what's happening at the corporate level imo.

I hate sounding negative because I love GCR but something is just not sitting tight.
