Hmm, I missed some vital words. Up to a potential $20m payout. Now you can be sure any deal structured by OZL will try and minimize this payment. So I have seen Greg talk about this before and its a little like smoke and mirrors. I hope we get some clarification if the OZL and BHP takes place. I assume most of you are aware that the OZL is in a TH pending further discussions with BHP.
