Are Australian shareholders aware that if Hudbay minerals takeover proceeds and their shares are
registered with a clearing house in New york( eg Issued Sponsored) and not a broking house then it will
be very difficult if not impossible to transfer that holding to your Australian broker for
subsequent disposable of your shares,
Commsec informed me they can only transfer into your account from a broker NOT
a Holding Company,
Any thoughts on this concerning matter.
