Got my advise and have submitted to the broker. A bit of back and forth. Send a copy of the whole advice not just the top bit. Check all details match your broker account, advice had full middle name but broker only using middle initial so had to go back and confirm yes its me. Hopefully transfer will happen this week and only CAD $30. Crazy system compared to here when you can now transfer shares between brokers electronically in less than 24hrs. Oh well, at least the delay has seen a nice bump in the share price.
