The table in your screen shot says an Azimuth of 315 for hole RGL003 which would be drilling towards the northwest, that seems to match the map where the blue diamond is the hole collar and the blue line is a hole trace with a tick at the end. All the other holes RGL001, 002 and -004 to -008 are all drilled towards 070 Azimuth (which is east-northeast) and that's what the plan /map seems to show, Seems to be using the usual convention of diamond symbol for hole collar position and hole trace with terminating tick at the end of hole (in plan view).
I agree with you that with lots of shallow Cu results almost at the hole collars that a bit of unnecessary drilling done, or put another way, the hole collars for drill holes RGL001, 002 and 004-008 could have been "stepped back" a bit towards the west, to give them some intercepts that were not shallow oxides.
