    As stated in the update announcement that there has been unsolicited approaches.

    Meaning other parties have approached the company and not the company actively looking to off load. A big difference. Meaning other parties see value big value in the Oracle project.

    In saying that at some point in the future Oracle will need a few hundred million dollars for capex. So having a list of possible suitors makes sense.
