firstly, it's conditional, secondly I am expecting more downside in the copper price, which if it eventuates to the extent I'm expecting, it will breach this condition. thirdly, I am not bashing the company or its prospects, I'm saying it all seems like good news and returns for shareholders should kick off in earnest when copper price turns around.
