it's a good announcement, and the company has solid prospects, but don't shoot me for saying this - it's in the hands now of the copper price. there is weakness in the copper chart - technically there is room for a 30-35% correction in the copper price. so, if you're surprised by why the share price isn't up more than it is, it's probably because of that.
