    Pure speculation here.....
    Al Hadeetha Investments paid 3c for their 5% stake at a time when the license wasnt even close to being secured. I expect that any negotiations for equity interest will need to be at a premium in order to suit the long term objectives of the top 5 holders.

    We may see a push up soon. Closer to 5-6c would probably suit most substantial holders in order to optimize dilution.
