So they are poachers turned gamekeepers ... interesting. Like a smoker who has given up, I am told they are always the worst and most critical of other smokers.
Regarding the debt for costs, doesn't that become enforceable by the court? I assume the baliffs could go around and start seizing assets etc if there is a default, like they can here in NZ? Although if it is also like her in NZ it is possible (probable?) that enforcement action could take a long time coming if left to those parties?
